We’re warming up the season with a cozy community night! Bring your favorite soup to share and a sweater or cardigan to swap — yes, even that “ugly sweater from three Christmases ago.”

We all have those sweaters we adore but no longer wear. Give yours new life with another Sunshine member who will love it just as much! And in return, you might find your next winter favorite waiting for you.

✨ What to Bring:

    •    A crockpot of soup to share (to keep it warm and delicious!)

    •    A recipe card or link so everyone can take home new soup inspo

    •    A gently loved sweater, cardigan, or pullover to swap

This 90-minute session blends grounding Yin yoga with guided holotropic breathwork for a full mind-body reset. We’ll open gently with slow, supported postures to release tension and prepare the body, then shift into conscious, rhythmic breathing to activate emotional release, clarity, and deep inner awareness.
