There are moments when a room full of women gathers and something shifts. Our Sunshine LadyBoss Lunch at The Lake Break was one of those moments — energizing, honest, challenging, and deeply motivating.

We were honored to be hosted at The Lake Break, co-owned by Jennifer Yeo and Jill Jones, a beautiful space designed for connection, conversation, and community. From the moment we gathered, the energy was clear: this was not just another lunch — it was a call to action.

Our guest speaker, Jennifer Yeo, CEO & Founder of Presidio Real Estate and star of Bravo’s hit series Sold on SLC, delivered a message that cut through the noise and landed exactly where it needed to.

Jennifer challenged us to embrace a powerful theme for the year ahead:

2026: LOCK IN — and you’ll thank yourself.

Her talk centered on ownership, discipline, and the courage it takes to fully commit to what we say we want. Some of the most impactful takeaways included:

• No one owes us anything — and no one is coming to save us.
  If we want something, it’s on us to build the plan and execute it.

• Get obsessed.
  Integrate your goals into your life. There is no such thing as perfect balance — only priorities.

• Build your machine.
  Systems, habits, and consistency create momentum.

• Feelings aren’t facts.
  Cut the dead weight. Stop letting emotions derail progress.

• Winners want pressure.
  Growth lives in discomfort.

• Choose your hard.
  The hard of discipline and effort… or the hard of regret for never trying.

• Don’t hide your goals.
  Say them out loud. Eliminate the noise. Do what you want to do — you have permission.
